Families and Communities Should be Thriving Together

The members of Parents Overcoming Welfare-system Regulation(s) (P.O.W.R.) are building an advocacy space created by and for parents to fight the foster care system's surveillance, separation, and marginalization of families, particularly Black families and families experiencing poverty. We're working to help reform the child welfare system to keep families intact.
